Customer NID scan
Officer scans NID via camera or reader. The system extracts name, NID, DOB, gender, and address in 3 seconds.
Driver license
With the same camera, the driver license is auto-read. The system validates expiry and class — key inputs to risk and premium.
Vehicle registration
OCR extracts vehicle data (model, year, color, registration class, owner) from the original registration.
ANPR + vehicle photos
ANPR Hub reads the plate; the officer captures vehicle photos from all sides to assess condition at issuance.
AML & sanctions screening
NID is screened against PEP, sanctions, and internal fraud lists before the policy proceeds.
Premium + e-signature + issue
Premium is computed from extracted data; customer signs digitally on a tablet; policy is printed and recorded in the core system.
