From the gate to the resident's home — safely and smoothly

A 5-step workflow that balances resident safety with a smooth visitor arrival experience.

Step 1

Resident sends a visit invite via Happy Community

Owner or resident sends a visit invite from the Happy Community or SignMe app — visitor name, mobile, or plate. Invite drops automatically into the pre-approved visitor list.

Step 2

ANPR Hub reads the plate at the gate

When the car arrives, ANPR Hub reads the plate in a second and checks it against resident, pre-approved visitor, contractor, and blocked-plate lists.

Step 3

Security scans IDs if needed

For unlisted visitors, the guard scans driver NID + passenger IDs and sends an instant alert to the host resident.

Step 4

Instant push to the resident's mobile

Resident gets a push in their app: visitor name, photo, plate, gate. One tap opens the gate. Fallbacks: SMS / phone call for elderly residents.

Step 5

Route to the unit + full log

Visitor receives a vehicle QR card scoped to their unit's zone. Everything logged with photo, timestamp, host name, unit number, and expected visit duration.
