Parent enrols authorized guardians
At the start of the year, parents enter every person allowed to pick up the child — father, mother, grandparent, driver, or any relative — with NID photo for each.
Person presents ID at pickup
When the child is leaving, the collecting person scans their NID at the SignMe gate reader or via the app camera.
System matches against guardian list
The system extracts ID data (name + NID) in 3 seconds and matches against the authorized list for that specific child.
Instant result: allowed or denied
If authorized: green screen + child name + class, and instant SMS to the primary guardian. If not authorized: red screen + admin security alert.
