Driver assigned a digital queue
Before the truck arrives, the plant assigns an electronic queue ticket bound to the plate. Driver receives SMS with arrival window and loading bay.
ANPR reads plate at the gate
When the truck arrives, ANPR Hub camera reads the plate in under a second. System verifies queue and validity.
Gate opens automatically
If queue and permits are valid, the gate opens. If there's an issue, the guard sees the reason on screen.
Driver data captured
Security officer scans driver license + vehicle registration. Data is bound to the trip file. Banned driver? System refuses.
Truck weighed on bridge
Truck crosses the weighbridge; weight flows into the system. After load/unload, second pass calculates net weight.
